We would like to thank everyone who attended the race day and to those who stayed into the night and danced through the pouring rain – you’re all legends!! While the storm tried it’s hardest we managed to get through all the races on the day.
Thank you to the Holy Trinity P & F. The Childrens Rides, Fashions on the Field and Art Union brought so many families together at the race day. Annabelle Monie from Holy Trinity said “It was lovely to be able to socialise again and I know the kids – across all ages – had a ball”. The Club is very appreciative of the hard working P & F who helped make the day a complete success.
Thanks to our “Clerks of the Course” – Dwayne Dixon, Col Mather and Jim Church who kept everyone cheering and entertained during the delay. The Clerks work closely with our Barrier Attendant Team who always make race days run smooth.

The racing was exciting as always with 3 feature races. Inverell Trainer Todd Payne taking out the Sapphire City Steel, Don Bartlett Memorial Bush Battlers Cup with TROGIR. Moree Trainer Peter Sinclair took out the Cheers to the Bush Battler Cup with AH WELL. Our other feature race was the Inverell RSL Sub Branch Diggers Cup over 1800m won by Tamworth Trainer Theresa Stair with BELBAROO.
With Covid restrictions being eased (No mask, No QR Code, No Capacity Limits) we’re excited for our next scheduled Meeting on Boxing Day. It’s the annual Inverell Reunion. Come and catch up with friends and family at the races and stay on into the night and enjoy the DJ’s including TKT direct from the Gold Coast.
