After 2 washed out meetings it was exciting to finally see the track back in action 
A big thank you to Inverell Racegoers who attended our meeting on Saturday, it was fantastic to see so many people brave the windy weather and enjoy a great day out. Thank you everyone for being so organised with your vaccine proof, QR Sign in’s and for following the Racing NSW Covid Protocols
At the heart of Country Racing is the local Community, Businesses, Committee and Volunteers coming together to make the day special and we would like to thank them all. Race Caller Greg Kachel brought the magic to the mike. John Shaw from STA FM added some extra fun for Members running the Punters Club. The Clerks of the Course and Barrier Attendant Teams did an exceptional job as always. APEX provided everyone with a scrumptious lunch. Inverell Womens Shed and Barwon Security assisted in keeping everyone Covid Safe. Wade Street Takeaway provided our Jockey and Officials Catering. New England Loo Hire 
Everyone who attended would of seen the many metres of fencing needed and we just can’t thank Fencing Norwest and John Green Constructions enough for helping us out at short notice.

The Club would like to recognise the massive workload undertaken by the Curator Col Payne, Groundsman Todd Payne, the many Volunteers and IJC Committee who worked tirelessly around the clock to make the day a huge success
Our next meeting will be BIG. It’s TAB 2/SKY 2, Diggers Cup, Bush Battlers Cup and to top off your day “Who’s Charlie” will be playing from 5pm to 9pm. Race Day details will be out later this week.
